Is going to hair school a good idea?

Im thinking about being a cosmetologist but i wanna make good money. is there anyone who can clerify that you have made good money on being a stylist

you can but if you go to a hair school, which is a great option but dont want to do hair in the long run you aren't in a good position

Hey I am a hairstylist (newly out of school) and I make GREAT money. I get 65% commission and it is a highend salon. So a cut,color and style runs about 180-200 specially if they buy product I get 65 % of that in just 1 client...I usually have no less then 6 clients a day.Dont forget about tips as well!!!!! Hair school was one of the funnest times of my life, its a fun expierence! I encourage it.

If you do work in a salon in a cruise or as a private stylilst, it's a great career!
