  1. YES

Listen go to salary.com and look at how much they are making a year. I would recommend being a registered nurse or even a licensed practical nurse, they are both good. And to answer your question, it is definitely worth it.

  2. University of Phoenix is a fully accredited college.  It has campuses all over the country. There prices are on par with other colleges and I think they are affordable.  Although I've never enrolled with UOP ONLINE, I have researched it and I think it is a good choice for distance learning.

Now, as far as studying for a nursing degree being $$WORTH IT$$.  I think that you will have to look at the big picture, not just the $SALARY$.  You will have to deal with alot of c**p (no pun intended) in the nursing field.  You should be willing to do alot of work and actually be interested in helping people.  It is not a field that you can just go into to make a fat Paycheck.  It is seriously greuling work and you have to have a love for it.

  3. The average nurses salary is $50,011. a year.

  4. Yeah they make an ok amount, depending where you live, I live in ND and I think they make around 50,000 to 60,000... I'm going to go to school to be a CRNA (nurse anesthetist) which is only 6 years of school to start around 150,000 a year...
