  4. It is for people who don't like the sport. I personally enjoy watching golf. but usually only the final two days of majors when the stars play. Tiger, Mickelson etc. Tiger always makes golf interesting to watch also. I find curling, soccer, tennis, and sometimes baseball more boring to watch but golf would be better if the announcers werent so dull

  5. I find it very entertaining and relaxing. Golf is a game of focus and peacefullness. So ya, its not action packed like a football game, however watching it, like playing it, should be easy on your mind and create a comfortable enviroment.

    Think about it, could you golf with people screaming and yelling in a hectic enviroment?

  8. If you know every aspect of the game, its very exciting to watch, cuz you get too see the pros do the same practices you go through. I used to think it was boring to watch until I started playing golf, then stuff began to make sense.

  10. NO. Soccer is by far the worst! Watching guys kick a ball and run? And hope that you may see one goal. Not very entertaining!

  11. Think about it, outside of fishing with your friends or by yourself, it is the only sport where you can play and drink at the same time.

    So ya tell the wife or what ever that you are going to play Golf,  but you're playing and drinking.

Golf is an awesome sport to play.   It is a challenging sport because of the concentration and coordination needed to be successful, yet it is relaxing.  You can socialize with friends and co-workers, enjoy a cool beverage or even a nice cigar and have an outlet to beat that little white ball all over the course.  

    It is an decent game to watch on television, because you have the opportunity to enjoy the world's best do what they do, and you can see a variety of them do it within a small timeframe.

    It is monotonous to watch live, you have to wait long periods of time to see one or two ball strikes, and then you have to follow players all over the course to see your favorites.  Or you sit in one spot and watch each golfer hit a couple of strokes at a time, and wait and wait..

  15. No, I would have to say that Soccer is the mostest boringest and my leastest favorite sport to watch on TV.  Golf is actually my mostest favorite...est.

    but then, i somehow realized that it's also quite fun.

    it's not that bad after all.

    but if you're going to play,

    make sure that you have the resources.

    the golf membership fee and clubs are not cheap.
