I don't know anyone who is affiliated with googlecashkey and I can't really say if it's real or a scam.  I do know however know how you can find out if something's a scam or not.  A friend of mine created a blog on her yahoo 360 page with information on what to look for in scams, businesses registered with the bbb etc.  The blog is geared up for home based business opportunities, but the informaton on there can help you distinguish if a company is legitament or not.  Here's her blog:
