Yes of Course it is Certified. They have a page on their site that states this:

I have taken their course 2xs.  Other people advertise a lower price but then tack on certificate fees and mailing fees....I hate that.  But for $14.50 you get everything you need to have a ticket dismissed.

For a traffic school to be legit, a certificate in the schools name would have to be on file.

Each court (there is one in each county) has a list of the traffic schools approved by that court.  It is not uniform throughout the state.  Not all counties approve online schools.  The list is usually sent with the courtesy notice, and may be available on line.

Yes gototrafficschool.com is legit.  They are certified in most CA Counties.  However, if you want to save some money and have a easier experience I would recommend TicketRelief.com.  They are also certified and offer the lowest price and only have 5 chapters.
