  2. Just did a quick search on "weddings in Grand Cayman" and came up with several leads, including:

    caymanislands.ky

    weddings-abroad.com

Cayman is a great island for beaching and water activities.  Some like the shopping.  It's a safe, English-speaking island.  It does get crowded when cruise ships are in port, which is almost every weekday.  You can avoid the crowds by staying in the Rum Point or Cayman Kai area.  Since you'd have family coming, you might be interested in apts/condos.  HomeAway.com has listings.

Don't know anything about the laws re getting married in GC.

Hope you find just what you want.  And, congratulations!

  3. Don't know about Cayman except their expensive. But Antigua is a great place to get married. They're the wedding capital of the Caribbean. And they have SANDALS! So I would say Antigua should be considered.
