Is green tea good for runners?

  1. NOOOOOO, never drink green tea the day of of the day b4 u run, u shouldnt even drink it at all.  It has chemical that gives u cramps when u run.  It also makes u feel bloated,  and u wont want to run.  green tea is a good drink to stay away from if ur a runner.


  2. Green tea doesn't have sugar in it... unless you put it in.  It's a regular tea, so it has a bit of caffeine in it which gives you energy.   If you're looking for energy try ultra green tea

    If you mean stuff like gatorade to help you recover fluids, then no, green tea will not help you do that.

  3. It depends on what kind of tea you're talking about.  If you mean the stuff you brew yourself, it's great.  If you mean the bottled stuff, then just read the label.  If it has a ton of added sugar, then of course it's not so great.  Some aren't so bad though.

  4. green tea isnt sugary unless you put the sugar in it...(unless of course your not making it yourself)
