I really like avocados and make guacamole a lot with different kinds of cuisines. I wasn't sure, however, how healthy it is for you?

  1. i think it is like avocados are healthy and guacamole is made out of it.


  2. The only thing unhealthy about avocados is we tend to eat too much of them when we do get them to the table.

    There is a theory that anything good tasting is very unhealthy. That is because we over eat good tasting things.

    So avoid putting anything you really like and want to eat on the table.

Don't worry about HOW healthy it is -- isn't it better to eat a real piece of food, especially a vegetable that tastes good, than a candy bar? or a diet soda? or a highly preserved lettuce salad from your favorite fast-food place?
