Is gymnastics the hardest sport in the world? I believe it is but I may be prejudiced.?

As a gymnast myself, I would have to say that super marathons (100 miles) and mountain climbing are harder, and skydiving is more dangerous.  Just my opinion.  Also, hanging onto a fingertip crimp 20 feet above my last piece of protection on an overhanging rock cliff is more intimidating than any flip I've done.

Yes, i agree with you. gymnastics and cheerleadig are the hardest. i mean flipping with no hands an getting like 6 feett high with no hands?!? Yeahh thats pretty hard. (:

i think its tough. but their are a lot of other sports like tennis. its tough because u have to train constantly, and practice all the time.
