They are legitimate. They are a wholesaler and used to only sell to pet stores, but they now sell to anyone. You might check to see if they have a minimum order though. I believe the owner also owns reptilecity.com, if I'm not mistaken.

There sometimes can be a problem getting turtles online as they may arrive dead or is poor condition and they may die shortly after. You can always get them from a pet store that way you can see your pet before you buy it so you can tell what health condition it is in.
