Is hair removal haram during ramadan?

My sister (pbuh) has a very hairy top lip and chin, her legs and arms are similar to those of a wookie unless she has regular "sessions"

Is this against the Koran? should we wait until sunset?

She is 9 years old.

no..i dont think so. im quite hairy too. tell her to wax her upper lip and chin, do it outside fasting hours just to be in case and so she doesnt want water or anything (for whatever reason) and she should stay hair free for a while!

Things That Invalidate the Fast

You must avoid doing anything that may render your fast invalid. Things that invalidate the fast and require qadaa’ (making up for these days) are the following:

1)  Eating, drinking or smoking deliberately, including taking any non-nourishing items by mouth, nose or a**s.

2)  Deliberately causing yourself to vomit.

3)  The beginning of menstrual or post-childbirth bleeding even in the last moment before sunset.

4)  Sexual intercourse or other sexual contact (or masturbation) that results in ejaculation (in men) or vaginal secretions (o****m) in women.

5)  Eating, drinking, smoking or having sexual intercourse after Fajr (dawn) on the mistaken assumption that it is not Fajr time yet. Similarly, engaging in these acts before Maghrib (sunset) on the mistaken assumption that it is already Maghrib time.

but Hazrat Muhammed SAW has said that there should be a difference between men and women..like you can tell a man and a woman appart....

so if that makes her look manly then i suppose so..but im not too sure
