Right now Hairspray is only booking through 4 April 2009.  It may very well run through the summer but that decision will likely be made later based on the show's success and whether or not London needs the theatre space.  I would recommend checking http://london.broadway.com/show/id/30073... and http://www.hairspraythemusical.co.uk/ often to see if they extend the booking dates through 4 April.
