Is half pension automatically awarded in divorce in Nevada?

Certain criteria has to be met before automatically granting pension rights in a divorce. As an example, I made a mistake in my last marriage ( which lasted a very short 7 months) and my loving ex went into court stating that in HER interpretation of the law, she was entitled to half my pension the day we were married. The Judge actually laughed at her. Ohio law ( where I am) states a couple has to be married a minimum of 5 years before pension rights can be considered.
