Is happiness an option in your house?

I know it's not an option in my house. People are consantly fighting and yelling, and i try to be happy but i'm just so sick of crying.

Don't give up, it is just life teaching you how to value all the good things that happen to you. You will learn how to truly be happy after so much suffering.

Try and spend time with friends and have happy thoughts.

I'm so sorry that your home is not a happy place to be.  Happiness is an option at my house and everyone is always loud and generally happy.  Just try not to cry and be as happy as you can be.  Don't carry all of the weight of everyone's problems because it will only make you sadder.  I hope things turn around for you soon.
