I think people are sometimes awful to others, because it makes them feel better about themselves.

If I hate you because you are fat, then I look thin.

If I hate you because you are stupid, I look smarter.

If I hate you because you drive slow, I can honk at you and feel like a better driver.

i dont know about hating people

not all of soceity 'hates'

but they all judge, society as a whole will always judge eveyrone and eveyrhting

to hate something there must be a reason for it. maybe its jealousy, something that makes you angry, mad. its common to hate people or things but you cant say everyone is just really angry. everyone has the potential to hate but it depends on how you choose to asses your emotions. letting yourself believe that you hate something is a way of expressing how you feel towards it. for example if theres a person you really hate there will be a reason why you hate them, but if you look at why, you could possibly understand the reason and develop a way of preventing yourself from feeling that way. maybe forgivness, ignorance etc.
