Is having Sweat Rash & allergic to artificial jewelry (such as sterling silver) related? ?

i have a friend who suffers from sweat rash & like most people is also allergic to custom made jewelry. i too am allergic to fake jewelry, except that i wore this pair of earrings that says it has 925 sterling silver but i didn't get any reaction to it, so was just wondering if my friend would also be suitable to wear it??

Sterling silver isn't "artificial" and is safe for those who have allergic reactions (I'm one of them).  Sterling and.925 are the same thing.
