i have a midday workout that will include a 1.5 mile job and about 30-49 sit ups...will having a cup of coffee in the morning be a bad idea?

  1. i need change your opinion. it's good for you to drink a cup of coffee in the morning. it gives you energy to do your work.But if you don't drink more, you will feel so tired.
