Question:

Is having a few drinks everyday a bad thing?

I go out and socialize with friends after work. and i have 3 or 4 drinks, i never get drunk and i sleep like a baby most nights, is that to much?

  4. NOt sure, i'm 21 and drink a £5 bottle of vodka 5 nights a week....... is that bad??

  5. no its not.  just make sure that you're eating a nutritious meal every day.  fibre in the mornings, fruit during the day and something with veggies at night.  

    drinking 3 whisky's a day is good for your heart.  just dont overdo it and you'll be fine.  and make sure you drink lots of water during the day.  just to keep your system clean

  6. It may not seem like a problem because you know that you don't need it but then it turns into needing it to go to sleep which then is a problem.

Is this really a daily thing?  Do you find yourself looking forward to it every day as if you can't make it through the day without going out afterward?  I don't think you have a serious problem... yet.  Continuing this pattern over time will take a toll on your health and your weight.  If you can't sleep if you haven't had a few drinks its a problem.  My suggestion would be to try to cut one day out of this routine; for example, don't go on Wednesdays anymore, just find something else to do.  Its a small step but still allows you to go out and have your fun.

    if ur like at work and u are thinking about it the whole time

    then you have a problem

    but if u could go without it then i think ur fine..
