  1. If you are going for a younger audience, yes. I don't know who would go on a restaurant-based forum on a regular basis though. Make sure you limit people spamming and attacking your restaurant's quality, yet enable free discussion of whatever general topics people want.


  2. I constantly go on restaurant websites (to get menu ideas-I'm a Banquet Coordinator & have to develop new ideas).  Anyways, I usually think that they are something that will give me a virus if I click on them.

  3. Forums often have a lot of rancor which a restaurant will not want to be party to. Just think how having several people in the restaurant who have been slagging each other viciously would be conducive to a good eating environment.
