Is having a period hard to deal with?

Question

Of course i didn't get my period yet...... so can you tell me whats hard bout having a period ?

Questions:

Im just wondering what if you're swimming and blood comes out while your swimming. what to do if that will happen?

How often do you go to the bathroom at school?

And other questions too.

So please tell me I want to be assured.

yeah its not that bad

wheni am i go to the bathroom and change it like 2 or 3 times    like in the morning at breakand at PE or lunch  maybe after school   but if its really bad go to the bathroom in between periods (school periods) if u have any more questions email me cuz im probably about ur age or a lil older so i can help u   im on middle school   soooooemail or im me

its hard but not enough to kill you.

your not suppose to go swimming at all unless you use a tampon.

at school it depends what kind of pas you use some you have to change more than others but at th least every 4-6 hours

sometimes....like when you worry all day long about if you're gonna bleed through your tampon/pad and have a huge red spot on your butt and everybody will make fun of you...

and

you need to wear tampons when your going swimming..

run to the bathroom really really fast and say you have a cut on your foot...if the lifeguard asks

3-4 times it really depends on my flow that day.....

Stock up on pads, tampons, and midol.

Here's some stuff you may want to know:

For Cramps:

~midol teen or midol

~pamprin

~bananas

~heating pad or hot water bottle

~hot bath

DO NOT DRINK SODAS--- it will make your cramps WORSE

Tampons: Use plastic when you start

~Playtex Sport

~Playtex Gentle Glide

~Tampax Pearl

Pads:

~Always

~Kotex

~etc.

#1 thing you need:

~CHOCOLATE

Also give into your cravings, because if you don't it'll just p**s you off!

you get used to it.

you have to wear a tampon when you swim so that that exact thing doesn't happen

i just check every few hours (maybe three or so)

well i got my first period in January 2008. you do not go swimming when you have your period unless you where a tampon I go to the bathroom once a day at school usually during lunch when i have my period.
