Is having a sunnyside egg or two every day with yogurt okay to have or is it harmful?

  1. Find a brand called "egglands best". The eggs have a high omega 3 and vit e content.  As for health, it all depends, more than likely you are fine. If you are vegetarian due to an auto immune disease, stay away from all dairy products.


  2. I don't think so, it's an excellent source of protien and i think that is a very healthy breakfast.  You might get tired of it after awhile though.

    Eggs are full of cholesterol and fat.

    It's recommended that you eat no more than 2 a week.

    Also you should eat cage free and hormone free.  Just for the sake of the mom's hatching them.

  5. Eggs are great, as long as you don't have a problem with high cholesterol. Have you ever tried eggs enriched with eggs and Omega 3? Those are even better yet =)

    Many countries say it is unsafe not to have the yolks cooked.

    I prefer Sunny side up a couple of times per week.

    We are told an egg a day is OK, so I would suggest 2 eggs 3 times per week.
