Is having an IQ of 128 good for a 14 year old person because thats what i got?

IQ isn't supposed to change with age, so it doesn't matter how old you are.

If you took a professional test with a proctor and received that result, congratulations!  It's well above average.  They should have told you that.

If you took an online test and got that result, it's about average, maybe a bit above.  Online IQ tests are very inaccurate, and tend to give inflated scores - they're trying to sell you something, after all, and don't accomplish that by insulting you.  I've taken most of them for fun, and my score has changed more than 60 points from one to another!  In short, online IQ tests are pretty much just for fun - it cannot be quoted a real IQ score.

Yes, it is good no matter what age you are.  I would think that who administred this test would go over what it means with you.
