  1. no.  that's how i got my bf.  if you love them, then go for it

  2. depending on what state you're in - the married person could have legal issues - for example, if they get caught by their spouse and decided to divorce, if it is a no fault state, then not a big deal.  If it is not a no fault state, the person getting divorced could have huge problems regarding money and custody based on adultery.

Probably best to stay awway from people who are married.  There are plenty of single people out there wanting relationships - take it from someone who knows, it doesn't work out well.

  3. I know if you are in the military, it is. I live in Massachusetts, and it's illegal here as well. http://www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/272-1...

However, in all honesty, no one gets charged for it.

  4. it is if theyre in the military.

  5. you know Muslim allow guy to marry to 4 legal wives, so it didn't against the law.

is about guilty concious the matter.

  6. to a certain extent its called adultery

  7. It is called adultery. Your getting some leftovers and he could care less about your or his wife. Find someone that is single and move on

  8. Last time I heard of someone having an affair they ended up dead. There is nothing more dangerous than a jealous spouse........I would be VERY careful and wait your back.

  9. Some states define adultery as a crime...but it's seen as a moral crime in Jewish, Christian and Islamic faiths.

In Pennsylvania, adultery is punishable by 2 years of imprisonment or mental health treatment for 18 months.   In Michigan, the Court of Appeals, found a portion of state criminal law that means that adultery carries a potential life sentence.  In Maryland, adultery is punishable by a fine of $10. But these statutes are blue laws and are hardly ever enforced. In the U.S. Military, adultery is a potential court-martial offense...

  10. Not in the USA. It use to be, back in the day when lovers got married and stayed together for many, many years. But, thanks to your fellow women kind, it is all good now! It was women that cried to congress to change the laws of adultery. So now a woman can cheat on a man with his best friend, in a man's own bed, in his own house, and never pay the consequences. As a matter of fact, she will most certainly get a reward! Yes, she will get the house, the kids and half of everything he owns and will own in the few next years after the divorce. So you see, go ahead spread your love! and anything else you desire.

If you are the one having s*x with the married man, you are setting the wife up for a big prize! cha ching$$$. As a matter of fact, she is most likely withholding s*x from the man so that he would go out and find a little trouble on the side and fall into her trap. Oh yeah, women, they are smart when they want to be, and it includes free things.

If you are the wife, then NO, you cannot have him put in jail like you want. But, take the money and make him run! And welcome to the US populations of the white trailer trash, we call modern suburban "Cougars", rahhhhh!  Oh! and don't forget to watch desperate housewives, they will give you great tips on how to ruin your life and what to expect when your options as a women run out.

  11. no not unless you don't mind sloppy seconds, again, and again, and again...

  12. who cares about law. its against moral codes. imagine your married and ur husbands cheating on you...

    horrible

  13. It is wrong and who am I to judge you and anyone else for that a sin is a sin no matter what we've done, been there and done it too and not proud about it either.  I don't know if it is against the mans law but I sure know it is against God's law.

  14. ask his wife.

  15. i agree with the other ans's . it's adultery, it's morally wrong ... and have you ever heard of karma ? how would you like it if a home wrecker messed up your familly by cheating with your spouse ? that would hurt wouldn't it ? do you have a conscience ?

  16. no, its legal , but why would you want to, vows???? remember those?

  17. No, it's not illegal, but it is immoral..and certainly a waste of time.  If he cheats on her, then he'll cheat on you.
