does having gothic parents mess up the kid's head ? what do they teach him about life ?

I should say, no more than having intolerant parents, uncaring parents or bigotted parents.

Having parents who set themselves out as being slightly different to the norm might just teach him to accept different lifestyles, cultures, religions etc.

So long as they love him enough to teach him something about life, they will have taught him the most important thing, love of his fellow man.

I know a couple of goths who have kids, and they are terrific parents.  No matter who your parents are, you're going to think they're weird and embarrassing, so it doesn't matter to the kids if their parents are goth or not.  Gothic parents would teach their kids what most parents do, that you should live a good life and that you can do anything.

That depends on the kid if the kid has an influence or has no selfysteem then yes cause mostly kids are gonna bully you with the fact you have parents which aren't normal like other parents. But on the other hand a kid has influence but some kids are just sure of themselves and do what they want so that's why i say it depends on the kid. I don't think they'll mess up the kid's it could maybe if they'll push it in and tell the kid everyday lies about the world then the change is gicantic and ask yourself this what did my parents teach me well they'll teach the kid the opposite but it also depends on how strong they believe in their style.
