If the person is a transgender then he is a he but if she is a transsexual woman then she is a she therefore a transgender woman must look and sound like one.  But is he is a transgender woman who is a he instead of a she the she doesn't look and sound like one whatever that is. But then if he is a transman then he is what looks and sound like one which is what he is. But then if he is dressed in drag he would not sound like a he but a she who is not a she and is a he.
