Is he cheating on his girlfriend with me?

There's this guy I've been seeing lately, and today I was in his car when he put on some music on his ipod touch. When the screen lit up I saw his screen saver/backround was a picture of him kissing this blonde girl. I didn't say anything and basically just pretended I didn't see it, but he obviously looked uncomfortable thinking I might have seen it. I didn't say anything cause were not exactly a solid couple, and I didn't think I had a right to claim him, but we've been getting pretty close. The thing is I don't know if maybe she was his ex or something but what worries me is that hes cheating on his girlfriend with me. I really like him but I don't want this other girl to get hurt assuming they are actually still together.What should I do?? ignore him? talk to him? what if they're not even together?

Well even if she IS just an ex, theres a difference between keeping a pic for memories, and choosing it as a backround to look at everytime you wanna listen to music lol. So basically he might be kinda into you, but the truth is hes probably more into her if he likes that picture so much. I wouldnt get involved with someone who likes someone else alot more than me.. just my humble opinion. Either way, I dont see any good coming out of this situation ESPECIALLY if theyre still together.

WELL, if you guys are as close as you say you are and are intimate with  each other, i think you have every right to be able to ask who the girl is on his ipod he is kissing. Im sure if he seen something like that on your ipod he would ask you. Tell him how you feel and ask where your relationship is going with him?? its just a question.  If your starting to catch feelings i think its completely appropriate to ask! if your not and you dont care for him like that then i wouldnt worry about it.
