Is he crazy or is it just his culture?

Basically I met a guy when I was on holiday. He is from West Africa and is one of 20 children. After we met for the second time, he told me he had fallen madly love with me, and after the third time we met he said he wanted us to have a baby. His reason for wanting this baby he says is because he "knows it will be beautiful" Is he insane/a psychopath, or is it just his up-bringing or culture to have lots of children, very quickly and be so full on? He is in France now and has french citizenship, so it's not like he is doing this to escape poverty.

Don't have children with him ever, child is something that just happens, not like you are especially planning to have. He's already have french citizenship, and I know that France sucks! Especially for people his nationality (you know they there are pretty racist), so he will want to have opportunities in other places.

Also who said that he wants to escape poverty, you know France is also pretty dirty place, if you go to Lion, narrow places, it ain't pretty.

By the way, if you will have a child with him, he will cheat on you with the first girl he meets cuz remember he is one of 20 children. Thus mean, his father fathered all women he could do it.

if he has a baby with you he may be able to claim citizenship in your country, handy if he doesn't get on well in France.
