There's this boy that I see at swim meets. After warmup, I noticed that his team was near our team. I walked over to where our team was, and I noticed (out of the corner of my eye) that he was staring at me. I try to glance at him whenever I can, while staying subtle, and when I do, he normally notices me. When I look away, he keeps staring at me.

He has long blonde hair, and wears a white shell necklace. he also wears Aeropostale and Abercrombie a lot. He is very well kept, as in he's really cute.

Anyway, what does your gaydar say?

There is a 5% chance that I am wrong, but the next time you see him, for Heaven's sake, introduce yourself!  Put your arm around his shoulder in a friendly, casual way like you do that every day of your life.  If it is socially acceptable at your school, hug him when he leaves.  Ask him about himself, his interests.

That will give him a chance to respond.  And you will be able to pick up on his cues, whether he is okay with you touching him, whether his eyes brighten and pupils dilate when he talks to you, whether he wants to converse and find out about you.

But I'd be shocked if he was not quite taken with you.

As you were staring out of the corner of your eye, you could be mistaken. Maybe he was looking at something else? Next time he looks, at you look back. If he is staring out you, go over and talk to him.

Aero and Abercombie, stereotypically, at least are g*y. That's just not disputable. They are. The white shell necklace is the give away in my opinion.

i don't really have a gaydar also i would have to see this kid, a lot of my buddies in HS were in the swim team or H20 polo and none of them were g*y (i think) and just bc he wears aeropostale or abercrombie doesn't mean he's g*y it just means he's stupid and lame jk i say make eye contact with him and smile right before you look away and then see what happens after that, he may or may not be : / hard to tell.
