okay, so my friend Glynn is g*y and everyone makes fun of him and he'll go through stages of depression and a month later he'll seem fine and go right back to being depressed. he often gives me his stuff and i worry about him. his parents are never home and when they are they look at him funny and barely talk to him. are these signs of suicide ?

These are signs of depression and hints of suicidal thoughts. You might want to confront him about it and just let him know that you love him and accept him, because it seems to me he feels like and outcast.
