Is he going to get sick?

I was skating when I bumped into one of my friends and some person pushed him and he clamped down on my bottom lip a drew blood. It was in his mouth and mine. Will he get sick? It has been a few days and nothing unusual yet. What will happen? Will he be OK?

if one of you was sick, then maybe but i hardly doubt it.

but he needs to stand up for himself

Even if you are carrying a serious blood borne disease, it is not entirely certain (and in most cases is unlikely) that he will catch it.

He will NOT get sick simply from having your blood in his mouth
