Is he my "SOUL-MATE" from my past life?

It was my first day of school and I was waiting for my older sister, I looked to my right and locked eyes with a guy I found attractive. We both locked eyes with each other as if we knew each other for a long time; the feeling of loving a stranger without knowing his name was WEIRD. Any who, I instantly felt awkward and looked away blushing. Ever since 1999 we’ve been together and we break up for months on end and get back together. We love each other too much but I just learned that we “were/are” soul mates. The psychic claims that we were soul mates in our past life and the thing is when we our at our happiest in the relationship everything falls apart and he always gives me the same excuse “you deserve better” line. She told me that in our past lives we were witch crafted. Could this be possible? She said the soul who did it buried our dolls in a cemetery. That’s why we stay together and break apart because the spirits are coming in between us….Help! I’m confused, I’m a believer in-incarnation and soul mates, but past life voo doo is creepy.

i didn't read your whole question since the title itself is stupid. but my answer is you never lived a past life. The only life you've lived is this one.  So don't fool yourself thinking any other way

In spite of all the programmes you see on TV, there is no such thing as a psychic, nor is there the slightest evidence to suggest that reincarnation of any kind other than that produced by the the disintegration of the body and the absorption of the elements by other forms of life, is in any way possible. It is certainly not desireable if you think it all the way through.

You and your "soul mate" were mutually responding to normal healthy biological, chemical, or even genetically programmed attraction which in itself is a miracle far more interesting than any psychic twaddle.

Soul mate or kindred soul? Our mind is a quirky thing. What we dream/imagine slips into our life and becomes real. Our mind sizes upon the similarities while momentarily shutting out the inconsistencies and then it is the inconsistencies that come back to haunt us and breaks a part the dream to reveal the reality . Only to once creep back and present the illusion that you can never say no to.

Plato first spoke of soul mates in his writings.  That was over 2500 years ago.  He said that before being born we are both male and female and then are separated.  We then spend a lifetime searching for our "other half"   Something to ponder.

First off, never take a psychics words as SOLID, though they may have a gift to see things we don't they may not have a crystal clear picture.

Now, I do believe in past lives and soulmates (though wether you have more than one is a difference of opinion for most). I think the best thing for you to do is find someone who does PAST LIFE READINGS through HYPNOSIS.  I have done a past life reading once a year (costs about 50 bucks for an hour) but rather than having someone prompt you, read to you or give you a reading.... you EXPERIENCE it for yourself. I tape record mine and the reader simply prompts with questions such as, "What do you see, who do you see, how do you feel".  

You want someone who allows YOU to read and gather your OWN experiences... no one knows YOU better than YOU. That way you will know for sure with no doubt and many more answers will come with the experience.
