Is he playing with my head? Or are we meant to be?

Question

I met this guy at school.. he was a senior and I was a freshman.. and we clicked and everything was great. We were like best friends.. we talked on AIM or the phone every night.. but in july..he left for the Marines.. the night before he left.. he was crying and he told me he loved me.. and I found that a little hard to believe.. considering i was 15 and he was 18. I do love him and I want us to be together.. but can he be just using me?

p.s.. about a month before we started talking serious.. he got cheated on 5 times by the same girl..

and his dad died..

and his grandpa died.

and he was all alone.

Do u think God put us together for a reason?

of course he was meant...he's alone in this world and so he saw that you were able to keep away his loneliness...
