Is he some psycho or a guy really in love?

Question

I`m only asking cos my friend says some guy (both 20) asked her if she`d like to meet him since he is going to be working in the same city soon and she agreed and she says they`ve been talking for a while now and that he has shown her many pics of himself and is really "tall and handsome"

she loves his "passion"over her and he is a "bit crazy but nice" and he "certainly pulls her in a way" then he asked her if she is interested in getting married to him and she says she is thinking about it. but all this made me laugh cos at first I thought this was a joke!!But the both of them are serious she even asked her mum,but not properly "what would she do if she married a arab" (he is arab and so is she but partly)

I mean she is a very pretty and intelligent girl, attends uni and has always done well so I can`t believe she got "trapped" like that.

But can you really trust somebody from the internet?I`m just worried she might be being a little naive? Or could it work out and he may truly have those feelings for her?

i think hes crazy and she may be too a little they haven't even meet in person hes already controlling which is not a good sign (getting upset is she doesn't text whatever) i say she should find someone she can be face to face with and that's not controlling
