Boxter is right, it does increase in height a few centimeters due to expansion of the metal frame.  The greatest height is later afternoon.  The shortest is early morning.  It typically expands 3-5 centimeters overall.

The antenna mast is again scheduled to be updated later this year and will add another 3 meters to the total height.  This will be an additional structure to support a new line-of-sight radio link.

Boxter has the best answer!  Everyone else is just being very rude.

The height of the tower is 300 meters without the antenna. A 20 meters high antenna was installed on the top of the tower. In 2000, a new antenna was installed (24 meters high) which increased the height of the tower to a total of 324 m. That's why the tower is now higher...

It's also true that the height of the tower shortly increases on hot sunny days due to dilatation of the metal structure...
