Is high school really that bad?!?

Question

i've heard a whole bunch of bad things about high school... i start 9th grade in a week and i'm really nervous about... so i just wanted to know, is high school really as bad as everyone makes it out to be?

no way.

i just started high school last wednesday...it's like the best thing ever. upperclassmen do NOT pick on you (unless, of course, you start a fight with them lol) and they'll be really nice to you. i go to a normal high school, too

I start tomorrow, and I already have a good vibe (We did a run-through of all our classes today and had freshman orientation).  It will be only as good as you make it!  I like school right off the bat, it gives me something to look forwards to and focus on.  The best you can do is have a positive attitude :)

I am in 11th now and it took a few weeks for me to get used to high school . But truthfully freshman year is usually the easiest and the least stressful year of high school.  Trust me it only gets harder

NO high school is awesome no matter what any one says high school days are gonna be the best days of your life you make new friends and find out things you never thought you would ever do are things that your gonna cherish the rest of your life. trust me in four years your gonna look back and say "*sniff* i wish it would never end" take it from a junior, yes there are jerks in the world but dont worry high school is a BLAST!!

hey im in the ninth grade myself and i started a week ago. the first day may be tough considering u having to find classes and finding someone to eat lunch with. my skool has 3000 kids in it so it was pretty crowded

the classes arent to hard [so far]

but the students are annoying, boring and uninteresting.
