Is highschool scary?

Like were you nervous on the first day of being a freshmen?

after the first 5 minuets i fell in love with it.

No highschool is the same  as middleschool you could say. Except the grades you get in highschool most likely determine what you plan to do with your life.

But just make as many friends as possible and stay optimistic and your four years will go by quick

nope, it was absolutely fine, fair enough i broke my leg on the third day and was off for 10 weeks, but its weird in those three days i knew the names of everyone in my classno but i got back into school and it was really fun and i never looked back, it might be scarier in the US idk, but in england its no sweat.

yes, of course since it's your first day. but after that, you'll eventually get the hang of it and make friends

I had a nightmare before i went. I was a loner.

My own nervousness wrecked me.

Think about how it will be fun! Think about how many new people you will get to meet!

Think about the new things you'll get to learn ! bite nervousness. kill nervousness. Completely obliterate any nervous thought from your mind. All forms of things come and go. Get used to the change. Have fun !

ya of course i  was nervous on the first day, the first day is really new, but once you get into the routine highschool is awesome, you get a lot of freedom and the people are so diverse

Looking back, I should have been more nervous. I hardly knew anyone. But still, I just went along, did what the teachers said, got to know my classmates during breaks. It's all been smooth sailing from there. Mostly.

As for scary, the older students definitely look down on you. This can be tough, but at least you're not the only junior there.

Of course I was nervous, but I immediately got over it. You get used to everything after like five minutes. Calm down and have fun freshman year.

Seen as you said 'freshman' i'm guessing your not from England. So your schools are probably differents anyway. But i'll try to answer as best i can.

Over here, everyone hears stories about highschool, but as soon as you get there, you realise none of it is true. After one week, you will have settled in fine, and soon enough it will just be normal school to you. And you will be bored of it just like the school you went to before. And remember you'll have all your friends with you, who are all worrying about the same things as you are. Good Luck, hope you enjoy it x
