Yes, she is on tv still, just maybe not in your market.  And she's got the most money of the Democrats right now, which means she'd probably run anyway if she didnt get the dem nomination.

Given the vast amount of campaign funds she's raised and the large name recognition, she doesn't really need to put out a lot of ads, right now.    She's saving her resources for a push later.

She doesn't want to bore the viewers by frequent appearances on TV.
