Is hohner harmonicas good harmonicas for a beginer? do thay make good instruments?

do they make good instruments. is it a good musical sound? would it be a good brand for a beginer?

They are excellent instruments for the beginner.

They are what I used when I started. I enjoyed them.

Yeah, Hohner are good.

However, I would recommend the Lee Oskar harmonicas - plastic body, so they do not get so grubby, and produce a loud, clear note. They're about 20 quid, I think.

Look out for them - they're in black boxes, with fluorescent stickers and bright lettering.
