Ive been wondering for years, and why, I just cant figure it out.

This sounds like a rather pathetic, crude attempt at humor. Are you really that bored? Horseradishes are a root vegetable, like carrots, beets, turnips, parsnips, potatoes,yams, and the like. Although manure is used to fertilize the plants in a lot of places, that doesn't mean the vegetable itself is made of manure.
