this website is legit.

my friend signed up for this site, and she actual got to be in an episode of That's So Raven. And now she's in High School Musical 3.

It doesn't give information on the shows the are filming, only because they don't want people to not come or go only because of the show title.

I'm guessing that it is... But only because they have actual audition listings. Even still, you might end up with an inbox full of spam if you give them your email.
