Hulu is completely legal, but I am angry at NBC for removing its content from iTunes, so personally I will boycott it and advise you to do so as well.  There are other options which are not exactly legal for the operators of the sites, but to the best of my knowledge legal for you to use to watch streaming video since you are not actually downloading copyrighted material, such as http://www.surfthechannel.com or http://www.ovguide.com .

    For the record, the site he is referring to is http://www.hulu.com
