Yes, of course human behaviour changes with the change in climate. if a person lives in cold weather say in Europe then it would be quite difficult for him to live in Nigeria, Sudan or in any hot weather.

The people who live in cold weather are much cool and calm in their attitude as compared with people who live in hot weather.

I'm afraid not. we however do have to make adjustments to the climate. but io don't believe i bodies have an reactant except for colds and allergies. but it doesn't affect human behavior

yes, rainy weather or nasty weather especially during the winter months make people more prone to depression. I would say different emotions can apply in different types of weather. *edit* I looked it up after the person below me disagreed. It's called sad

Yes.  Democratic stable societies tend to be found in colder regions, unstable dictatorships tend to be in hot tropical climates.
