Is hurricane fay going to hit the tampa bay area?

My cousin lives in tampa and he is so exited for the storm to come but is it or is it not going to hit tampa ?

I don't know but I'm scheduled to move to tampa in 27 days.I'm a little nervous...=(

My Dad and My sister live in Tampa, I myself like in Gainesville.  Fay may give some bad weather but she isn't going to be a disastrous hurricane by any means. People are freaking out like she is already a category 5. She is over Cuba right now and is still a Tropical storm. She will possibly go up to a category 1 or 2. Which don't get me wrong can cause damage but it could be much worse. More than likely they will a substantial hit, but it's nothing too serious! Southern Florida is where the hit is going to be bad. More than likely she will weaken when she hits land so the initial hit will definitely be the worst!

School closing: More than likely NO, but this is something you just have to watch to see whats going to happen. These sorts of things tend to be pretty unpredctable. I'm hoping for Pensacola or Mobile. North Georgia needs rain badly! If it hits Tampa, we get nothing.

But if you're moving TO Tampa, expect to get many more!
