Is iCall still available for VOIP on iPhone in App Store?

I just got the iPhone 3g and was reading about iCall which would be great and save me 20 bucks a month. I cannot find it in the App store. Did they take it down at the request of AT&T or something or is it only available on the original or is it hiding somewhere I can't find it?

It was actually never in the App store because the iphone version's still in beta test.

I can't wait for it too.
