Is ice bad for your teeth?

I dont really chomp on it, I kind of just have it in there till its almsot gone, than chew it up. Is this really bad for my teeth?

  1. It is bad for your teeth, but it can also be an indication of iron deficiency anemia.....Get checked out by a doctor just to be sure......I did this alot when I was pregnant and I was diagnosed with that.....

  2. Oh.ok...then it's not bad for your teeth but overall chewing and breaking it into your mouth is damaging..but it not gonna damage you!

  3. I don't think so.  I think the only time it's bad for your teeth is when you chomp it really hard, I think you risk chipping a tooth that way.

    I did that for a while too...stopped

    but crunching ice can be damaging!!
