Is ice skating in this years olimpics?

ive been watching the oplimics everyday and there hasn't been any ice skating, ive always thought that ice skating is in the oplimics! Am i wrong? If it is in it, when will it be on tv??

    The summer games are every 4 years from 2008, 2012, so on

    the winter ones are 2006, 2010, so on..

  14. You would be looking for the Winter Olympics - they won't be held until February 2010 because they have to freeze the pool!!!

    Ice skating (whether it's figure or speed or hockey) is a Winter sport . . . you'll see these events at the 2010 Winter Oympics.

Skating SHOULD be part of EVERY Olympics, but it's considered a winter sport.  :)  Skaters don't have a "season," so they should be included in the summer too...haha, just kidding.  Maybe just watch the gymnastics to get your fix until the winter Olympics in two years.  If you check YouTube, there are tons of past competitions to watch in the meantime.
