Is india ink only used for tattoos can it be used for painting a simple picture?

LOL, yes india ink can be use for drawing on normal paper...I never heard of it being used for tattoos though O_o...

I use it to ink my manga, but I heard from other artist that it smears more than Speedball ink, so I switched.

Hi! I used to use it in my pens to write my homework. It can be used for drawing  and hand writing or anything else, for that matter. You can find it in art supply stores but awhile ago, you could get it in any store that sold pens. Good luck on your venture!
