  1. No, certainly not. It serves no purpose. Realizing one's ability or lack thereof, and functioning in society to the best of one's ability is not inequality, it is survival.

It is however inevitable, it will exist somewhere at some time, it's part of human nature. There is always somebody that feels they are somehow more deserving or 'better' than someone else.

  2. Is it necessary?  For what?  I will say that it will be impossible to get rid of it completely, but we could be doing it a lot better.

I see it this way, the way that wealth and power are concentrated in the world is like having a set of scales.  One side has a 500 lb sack of c**p on it and the other side has, I don't know, maybe a marshmallow.  I'm not asking for the scale to balance out perfectly, but I'd like to see it balanced enough to bounce back and forth, you know?

  3. It's reality...

  4. Don't compare yourself to others.. It will only make you envious...

Go your own path and dont worry about how people measure up or against... Keep focusing inward, while going with the flow of things. I think keeping up with the Jones is what is killing the planet.....

  5. Arguments that inequality is not a primary concern

The acceptance of economic inequality is generally associated with the political right. One argument in favor of the acceptance of economic inequality is that, as long as the cause is mainly due to differences in behavior, the inequality provides incentives that push the society towards economically healthy and efficient behavior. Capitalists see orderly competition and individual initiative as crucial to economic prosperity and accordingly believe that economic freedom is more important than economic equality.

Another argument is that more inequality does not necessarily mean more poverty, and that although poverty is bad, inequality is not bad in itself. Thus, a policy can be considered good if it makes some wealthy people wealthier without making anyone poorer (i.e. a policy which offers a Pareto improvement), even though it increases the total amount of inequality. According to this point of view, discussions of inequality absent any information about absolute levels of wealth are specious, because one population's "poor" may be better off that another's "well-off."

A third argument is that capitalism, especially free market capitalism, results in voluntary transactions among parties. Since the transactions are voluntary, each party at least believes they benefit from the transaction. According to the subjective theory of value, both parties will indeed benefit the transaction (assuming there is no fraud or extortion involved).

  6. If we see your question generally and in humanity we may say Yes, but don’t you think it will de-motivate hard workers.

It should be the real motto of the government. What they are collecting the amount from the citizen in th name of Tax – Direct Tax, Indirect Tax etc., in these amounts they should give an opportunity promptly to the society & should motivate them or educate them to utilize these opportunities promptly. It is nothing but creating an environment to make equality.

In a running compilation, prize will be given to the winners, those who succeeded. Though there is very less possibility that every participant will reach the tract at the same time & will be declared as winners.  In this case also we give a attention to fraction of a seconds to declare the prizes know? (if we have camera attached).

Our political leaders in the entire nation OR Capitalists OR Business men should work promptly, genuinely. Do you think this day will come???? Even god will not be true if you think very deeply about it which I cannot explain here.

So YES OR NO….. Decide my dear.

  7. Not so much the absolute meaning of inequality, but the acceptance of each's place in an equal society without injustice and reverence to another and understanding of your own limitations and magnitude.

That is truly what seperates us from the unequal and makes us equal.

  8. How do we know because as far as I know we have never had a world without inequality. Equality has to work better than the current problems are world faces, racism, gender bias ..........
