Is infinity a good brand of hot tub?

I am looking for a hot tub but cant decide which brand to get. I have been looking at infinitys. Are they a bad brand to get?

Hello,

For an entry level brand they are hard to beat.  Customer service is usually excellent and they do a great job in getting parts to me, the tech.  I do like the product for the cost.
