In the respect that, MENSA for a long time now has been disproved as a good way of mesuring someones intelligence since most barriesters, amazing politicians etc... have high EQ and MENSA is IQ based. Then again you have your people like Einstein and Churchill who were intially discarded as intellectually redundant. So is it perhaps like love? In that we can recognise it when it is there but find the more we try to define it the more we escape what it really is?

  1. JUDGING is the basis in IQ tests...while the possibility of determination, perseverance, persistence is not at all considered. Which are pure emotions. Nothing in the world can take the place of these qualities. Talent will not ; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not ; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not ; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence, determination and perseverance are alone omnipotent. It is often difficult to determine whether the course one have chosen is the right one. Whether one should continue, adjust or abandon a certain direction or decision. The importance of staying the course and/or especially remaining true to what you believe in. If your heart has guided you, and logic supports you, don’t be blinded by worrywarts and naysayers, stay the course, go the distance. Which is what parallel to what is done in matters of love. I think that we escape the real thing by not trying to understand, reason and think ; but just judge. I do think that love is not judged and intellect is not based upon reason. So I would say that intellect is not as same as love, both are different...as they should not be just JUDGED.
